About

Amanda graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Amanda served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and competed as a member of the Mock Trial Bar where she was a finalist at the Palmetto State Mock Trial Competition.

Upon her graduation from law school, Amanda worked as an Assistant Solicitor with the Fifth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Columbia, South Carolina. As a prosecutor, she zealously advocated on behalf of Richland County citizens, handling hundreds of cases and securing convictions against those accused of violent crimes. Amanda successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict including murder, attempted murder, burglary, and criminal sexual conduct. She also worked closely with local law enforcement as the domestic violence prosecutor for the City of Columbia.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her two dachshunds. She loves playing pickleball, riding her bike around Charleston, and going to concerts with friends.
