Penn W. Ely

Penn became an attorney to help people. He has tried many cases to verdict. His practice includes personal injury, insurance coverage, business litigation, workers’ compensation, employment discrimination, and debt collection. He is a certified mediator too.

Penn graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina. He attended high school in Greenville, South Carolina.

Penn serves on the firm’s Executive and Recruitment Committees. He is an Eagle Scout and member of The Society of the Cincinnati, the nation’s oldest patriotic organization. He is a proud husband and father of three.
