About

Bill has been practicing in insurance defense litigation since 1985. He has represented individuals, corporations, and insurance carriers in cases involving motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and products liability as well as contract disputes. Bill has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in both District and Superior Court in North Carolina. Bill also has extensive experience representing employers, from small companies to national corporations in workers’ compensation claims throughout North Carolina.

Bill attended Washington & Lee University where he graduated cum laude with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He thereafter graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Bill is an active member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Charlotte.
